Thai Coconut Curry BUTTERNUT SQUASH Soup by Nerds with Knives
I LOVE soup. Like seriously LOVE soup. Once the weather starts getting colder, it feels so good to sit down with a nice warm bowl of rich, flavorful soup. Butternut squash is one of my favorite soup flavors because it can be so hardy! Quinoa is SUCH an awesome ingredient because it is high in protein and gluten free! Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t quite know how to use it! Including myself! This recipe is a great example of a delicious fall quinoa recipe.
Roasted BUTTERNUT SQUASH and Bacon Soup by Damn Delicious
With the exception of vegetarians and vegans who do not eat bacon, I can honestly say that I have never met someone who does not like bacon. I HAVE had a few vegetarians who have begrudgingly admitted they crave bacon every now and again.
I love that this butternut squash soup uses bacon – because, like I said, who doesn’t love bacon! This looks an incredibly cozy recipe perfect for a chilly fall day.

Ridiculously Easy MAPLE PECAN Scones by The Cafe Sucre Farine
Maple pecan might be one of the most easily forgotten fall flavors – but its absolutely delicious. Growing up, my dad was never a sweets guy – but he would always ask my mom to get Maple Pecan ice cream. It was his special dessert that he actually enjoyed.
These maple pecan scones are drizzled with a sweet, maple-infused glaze and packed with delicious pecans. Paired with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea on a crisp fall morning – NOM!

Coffeecake or crumb cake is hands-down one of my favorite guilty pleasure breakfasts. The buttery, cinnamon sugar topping is just like… wow. So so so so soooo scrumptious – I can’t even handle it! I could just eat the entire cake top and ignore the rest! Its that good.
This recipe by OMG Chocolate Desserts is SO FALL! The rich, moist cake is layered with cinnamon apple crumble and drizzled with apple cider glaze. I want this cake in my mouth – right now. Please?

PUMPKIN SPICE Cookies by Just So Tasty
Well I couldn’t leave out pumpkin completely now could I? I love the spin that Fiona at Just So Tasty took on the traditional Snickerdoodle cookie (one of my personal favorites). This pumpkin spice cookie is definitely something even non-pumpkin lovers would enjoy.
Pumpkin is really only a small PART of what makes pumpkin spice so delicious – cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla are also key players in the pumpkin spice symphony. I also love that Fiona uses corn starch in this cookie recipe because it gives cookies such an extra incredible texture. Soft yet chewy – melt in your mouth delicious.
