  • 9 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Defrost and drain spinach, use a cheesecloth or strainer to press out as much water as possible, set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 400F. 

  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Cream ingredients together.

  4. Add garlic, onion, spinach and artichoke hearts - stir to combine and evenly distribute ingredients.

  5. Next, add half of cheese, salt and pepper - stir to combine.

  6. Spoon dip into a medium-large skillet (6-9 inch) spreading evenly throughout. Cover with remaining cheese.

  7. Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown. Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or fresh bread.

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for 5-6 days.
